DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Fennern Jewelers does currently offer in-store gift cards. They can be purchased from our friendly staff during business hours. There are no returns on gift card purchases. In special circumstances, we may be able to mail gift card to their recipients for a small fee.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Fennern Jewelers accepts cash, local checks, and all major credit cards. We also offer in-store layaway options. A down deposit on the item is required and regular monthly payments must be made. The item must be paid for in full before leaving the store premises.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Fennern Jewelers has a 30 day return policy. Due to health policies, we cannot accept returns on earrings or body jewelry. Items being returned for store credit will receive full amount back; items being returned without store credit will be charged a 15% restocking fee. There are no returns on engraving or customized items.

DO YOU DO ALL OF YOUR OWN REPAIR WORK??

The short answer is yes. Eric is a goldsmith and master watchmaker with over 40 years of experience. He completes 99% of repairs in-house. The only repairs that are sent out are ones approved by the customer that require specialty tools that our partner company is able to utilize. Occasionally, Eric's brother, John Fennern, will assist us with watch repairs.

DO YOU OFFER ENGRAVING ON ITEMS?

Yes, we do offer limited engraving services. It starts at $25/per item. There is also no guarantee on items not purchased in our store as they may not be solid or may have a plating that could flake off when engraved. 
Ring engraving (on the inside of the band) is $10.
We also work with several companies that offer personalized items such as monogram necklaces, initial bracelets, name bar necklaces, signet rings, cuff links, glass etching, and much more.

DO YOU DO CLOCK REPAIR?

Unfortunately, due to the volume of gold and watch repair that we are currently inundated with, we are no longer able to take in clock repair. However, we have several businesses that we recommend, including:
